Never answer the phone and when I go inside the people always seem like they are very disgruntled
This is the worst experience I've ever had with ANY DMV including Jefferson City or Columbia. We waited over an hour to renew a driver's permit and were fourth in line. UNBELIEVABLE! The employees make no attempt to hurry. They are so slow and seem ridiculously uneducated. I hope they don't pay more than minimum wage. They would be better off firing the entire staff and starting over. I will avoid going back at all costs. DON'T GO HERE IF YOU HAVE ANY CHOICE IN THE MATTER!!!

I have been in the Eldon License office numerous times. It is always extremely busy. The staff have always greeted me with a smile. They give me simple and concise directions for any needed documentation. They are all great. I don't know how they deal with some of the rude people they encounter but they don't lose their cool. Best office I have ever dealt with!
