Went on line and made an appointment, so I could "skip the wait". Checked in... The screen in the waiting room said "0-20 minutes". 45 minutes later...definitely didn't skip the wait!
Horrible experience! Doctor told my daughter her tonsils looked good......ummmm hello???she doesn't have tonsils. Told my niece her baby is just teething, wrong!
Hour and a half after my scheduled time I gave up and walked out. I was "next in line" for 30 minutes with no end in sight. Good luck with the service.. Why bother scheduling??
Worst place in the world I waited for almost two hours and tried to check in and got told to sit down and wait and went to my car for a second to let my sick son get something out of the car for them to tell me that they couldn't see me because I walked out to my car for a second when u had been in the waiting area for two hours. So I got turned away to go home with still a sick kid and no answers and was told I could come back tomorrow. Ha no thanks do your job and don't turn away a hungry sick kid that has had to wait for two hours. What a joke urgent care should be urgent care. If I wanted to wait forever I would of just went to the hospital at least they don't send you away with out being seen. Pathetic
Checked in at 10:40am it's after 2 and I'm still waiting for a simple water in ear
